The flavour of well-being starts around the table…… and more precisely in our kitchen, with a selection of 0 Km fresh products according to the season and on the basis of the nutraceutical properties of products from our geographic area; olive oil enhances the taste of rosemary, sage and every other aromatic plant of the area; the use of ancient ground grains enriches the healthy properties of traditional Tuscan recipes.
Our chef Stefano, who has worked with us for 20 years, lovingly and wisely explores innovative and healthy recipes based on ancient Tuscan tradition.
The collaboration between our chef Stefano and the nutritionist Roberta has given birth to menus for all palates: Traditional Tuscan menu, Light menu, vegetarian and vegan recipes and menus for customized weekly depurative and detoxifying diets, combined with our wellness treatments. We also offer special recipes for guests suffering from food intolerances and from celiac disease.
Inspiration, fantasy and creativity… these are the main ingredients used by our chef for important lunches and dinners such as weddings, banquets and ceremonies.
